At Glendora Hospital, we believe the most important part of healthcare is the word “care.” That is why our staff are trained to offer safe and compassionate care to all of our patients.   Here, we know each patient is a person with family that loves them, so we strive to treat them as we would our own family. Safety and security of our patients are top priorities, and every detail has been considered and accounted for to ensure that each person who walks through our doors can feel safe. We aim not only to give family members the peace of mind that comes with knowing their loved ones are truly safe and well taken care of, but also to provide those patients with the secure environment they need to start their path toward healing.

That safety and security starts with the staff. Our employees are fully committed to providing the best possible care to our patients and your loved ones. Our belief is that it takes people who truly care about each other, as well as what they are doing, to achieve high standards. So, we have worked to develop a feeling of belonging among our staff. We view it as our responsibility to not only meet the high standards of the community we are surrounded by, but to then become the standard to which the community can look for mental health services.

We are constantly looking at ways to innovate and improve every detail of our system as part of our commitment to provide our patients with the best care possible. Everything from cleaning the building to business operations, from registration and customer service to accommodations and administration. Our goal is always to improve so we can give our best to those in our care, and we are committed to making the ideal become real.
